We interact exclusively between Forwarders and NVO’s using a process that is completely transparent, that offers container freight rates live online.
The system is directly linked to a vessel’s sailing, with no co-load to co-load and no phone calls or e-mails being necessary. This ensures that the booking process is simple and easy to use.
The service offers a comprehensive list of ports and destinations that can be viewed in a matter of seconds. Clients can search by Last Loading Date (LLD), ETD and, most importantly, the ETA to meet your supply chain needs. After selecting a selling rate, (or if your bid has been agreed) Co-loading is instant using this simple process.

How it Works
From the homepage, you enter the port of loading and destination. This takes you straight to the exchange, showing all sailings on the given route by ETD, ETA, Last Loading Day and Price.
A Master Loaders "Ask Price" can be selected by clicking on the selling price. Complete the very basic cargo details and Agree Freight will issue our booking reference confirmation together with the Master Loaders contact details. The Master Loader will then issue the shipping order and/ or a container release note, allowing you to collect the empty container, or if LCL, deliver the cargo to the designated CFS. Then follow the Master Loader’s system and directly pay the freight and charges.
Alternatively, if you feel the offered selling price is not suitable, you can make your own bid, either for a particular sailing or over a period of time that you pre-set. The Master Loader can then decide if they want to accept the bid or not. If the Master Loader accepts the bid, you will receive our confirmation and the Master Loader’s shipping order and booking reference. Then simply follow the Master Loader’s payment instructions for the freight and charges.
All bids will be held in your dashboard and may be cancelled at any time. Bids that are accepted move into the "My Agreements" window and can be tracked through to the destination if the Master Loader participates in our online container tracking system.
Choices
Choices is our instant solution for both Co and Master loaders (buyers and sellers) to choose who they want to deal with. Used correctly, this will mitigate against “no shows” and eliminates deposits being made prior to booking or penalties being paid afterwards.
As a Buyer (co loader):
After clicking on settings, a full list of Master Loaders will appear. All Master Loaders have been pre-selected. If you choose NOT to deal with one or more of them, simply untick their selection box. You will then be unable to accept their selling price and the Master Loader will not be able to accept your bids. If you change your mind, simply tick the selection box and proceed with the contract.
As a Seller (master loader):
All buyers (co loaders) are anonymous to the sellers (master loaders) until the cargo is booked. Should the booking be “no show” or the buyer tries to renegotiate the agreed rate (or other circumstances that disrupt the deal), the seller has the CHOICE to block any future bookings from that particular buyers. It also means the buyer will no longer be able to accept the seller's price.
